GBS belted air isolators use belt restraint and a reinforced flexible structure for heavy-duty isolation systems with simultaneous vertical loads, lateral loads and multi-directional motion. For the 300 mm rated-height series, a properly matched auxiliary chamber and connecting pipework can increase effective gas volume and reduce equivalent vertical dynamic stiffness and natural frequency.
The following 5 models are controlled by the AISTECH Air Spring Isolator Performance & Selection Data Manual, AISTECH-AS-TM-001, V1.0, 2026.07.
| Model | Rated working height [mm] | Working pressure [bar] | Working support force [kN] | Vertical natural frequency [Hz] |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GBS510-300 | 300 | 4-8 | 52-104 | 1.50-1.70 |
| GBS610-300 | 300 | 4-8 | 83-165 | 1.30-1.50 |
| GBS720-300 | 300 | 4-8 | 122-244 | 1.30-1.40 |
| GBS845-300 | 300 | 4-8 | 165-329 | 1.40-1.50 |
| GBS845-1200 | 1200 | 4-8 | 165-329 | 0.81-0.89 |
Data note: The values below are controlled ranges at rated working height and are intended only for candidate model screening. Final operating points must be confirmed on the model pages in the manual. Support force, vertical dynamic stiffness and vertical natural frequency vary with pressure and working height; do not extrapolate beyond the stated range.
