Multiple Vibration Isolation Units:
Each vibration isolation unit is equipped with four air springs and four rigid springs. Combined with horizontal limit control, the system ensures stable transportation of heavy-duty satellites.

High-Precision Sensors:
The system integrates laser displacement sensors and tension-compression force sensors to monitor displacement and load conditions in real time, ensuring safe transportation.

Intelligent Control System:
Three control units are managed by the main control cabinet and auxiliary control cabinet. Key data such as air pressure, displacement, and tension-compression force can be displayed, enabling precise system control.

Dust-Proof Design:
The external dust cover effectively prevents dust from entering the system during transportation, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.

After more than one year of application testing, the CST combined air vibration isolation unit system has demonstrated stable performance and is able to meet the requirements of long-distance satellite transport, providing strong vibration isolation protection for aerospace transportation.
