AISTECH at Testing Expo China 2025

AISTECH participated in Testing Expo China 2025 together with CONTITECH, presenting air spring isolation products and engineered vibration isolation solutions for automotive component and vehicle test benches.

Air vibration isolation solutions presented

The presentation focused on stable, repeatable testing environments for automotive development. AISTECH demonstrated how air spring isolators and integrated control systems can reduce low-frequency disturbance transmitted between a test bench, its foundation and the surrounding structure.

Engineering approach

Reliable isolation starts with the operating condition. AISTECH evaluates equipment weight, center-of-gravity distribution, excitation frequency, allowable displacement, foundation conditions and installation space before confirming the isolator type, quantity, layout and control strategy.

CONTITECH collaboration

At the time of the exhibition, AISTECH and CONTITECH had worked together for 17 years. CONTITECH supplies industrial air spring technology and products, while AISTECH provides local engineering application, system integration, installation and commissioning support for automotive testing projects in China.
