280 t Large-Engine Test Bench Air Isolation System | 32 APS530 Isolators and XSC-100E Digital Leveling Control

Large-engine test benches generate continuous and complex low-frequency excitation during operation. For a heavy floating foundation, the isolation system must provide stable load support while also supporting operating-height monitoring, leveling control, air-supply management and maintainability.

Project Conditions

  • Floating-foundation mass: approximately 280 t
  • Test-bench dimensions: approximately 12,000 x 3,500 mm
  • Air isolators: 32 APS530 membrane-type air isolators
  • Displacement monitoring: four laser displacement sensors
  • Leveling control: XSC-100E digital leveling control unit

System Configuration and Engineering Design

Based on the foundation mass, geometry, support locations and load distribution, AISTECH arranged 32 APS530 isolators in controlled support zones. The air-supply network connects the support zones so that the isolators can carry the heavy load at the specified operating height and provide a stable air-isolated base for test-bench operation.

Four laser displacement sensors monitor height variation at key points. The XSC-100E digital leveling control unit acquires displacement status and manages system leveling and operating conditions. This configuration helps engineers observe operating height, identify abnormal changes and manage air supply and leveling through one coordinated control system.

XSC-100E Digital Leveling Control

The XSC-100E works with four-point laser displacement monitoring to support operating-height observation, leveling control and system-status management for the large floating foundation. Digital control improves commissioning efficiency and provides clear status information for routine inspection and maintenance.
